Happy Thanksgiving, Krew!

Hope everyone has a fun, safe Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Poem

May your stuffing be tasty,
May your turkey plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
Have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious
And your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off your thighs!

Kern-Coleman Teams with Windsor Forest Elementary First Graders

The first grade classes at Windsor Forest Elementary have been very busy the past few weeks.  They created ornaments for KCC's tree at the Westin.  They made this dull, drabby tree come to life.  We really appreciate their time and effort.  A special thank you for the sponsors of the tree.

Thank you, Tanya for making the sign.

Aww...They are learning about marketing at such a young age!

The Gingerbread Village is on display at the Westin.  You can visit the tree throughout the holidays.  Thanks again, Windsor Forest Elementary First Graders!  It is the prettiest tree ever!

Another Kern-Coleman Project

BacterBasics of Savannah had it's plant opening this morning.  It is a grease trap treatment plant.  They will be able to convert the waste stream into tow viable byproducts.  The resulting sludge will be converted to biodiesel feedstock as the technology becomes more efficient and the treated water will eventually be removed from the sewer system and recycled for non-potable applications.

I bet this guy works for a reputable company.  He seems to take his work very seriously.

This plant is the first of its kind in the United States and fits in perfectly with the City of Savannah's stated objective to be the leader in the waste to energy field.  Not only will they provide a less expensive disposal option for the local pumpers, they will achieve the permanent removal of this waste stream from the area landfills.
